One thing we know, when we can share what Alegria is doing with a group of women who has a heart for other women, it is a dynamic match!

So first, would you join with us and thank the Lord for his calling, his direction and his provision as we've been paying wages in Honduras now for 4 years! 48 months! 96 paydays!  And all through making and selling artisan crafted jewelry!

This is always an exciting night at Alegria - a new collection that our artisans have designed and crafted! Tonight we are only able to launch 1/2 of our collection, but we are still supper excited about the 9 pieces that hit the website tonight. Can we ask you to pray for a great launch even though we have to divide it into two weeks? In February we depend heavily on our online shoppers as craft shows and markets aren't starting up yet. Thank you for praying for our artisans and for the success of our sales this week that keep their jobs safe and secure.

Did you know our artisans design every single piece of jewelry?  They look at inspirations from catalogs, Pinterest, trends online, and even designs in some of the bisuterias where we buy our stones and crystals.  Please lift them up as they work on spring and summer designs, for creativity, for wisdom and for a week of teamwork.  And as always please pray for their health and safety.

This week begins Alegria's spring trade show season!

One of the largest ways we have been growing is through selling our products wholesale to stores that sell it to their customers.  They are a huge blessing to Alegria and provide over 1/2 of the income needed to sustain our jobs and operations. Today, let's thank God for them and ask His blessing on these stores this year, and especially this month as January can be tough for them with weather and low sales.
