Our Beginnings
In 2020, I lost my career of 23 years to the pandemic. 23 years of learning the jewelry world and leading people...the training ground.
My parents had been missionaries at an orphanage in Honduras called Faith Home. But the young women aging out were not finding jobs or ways to safely stay off the streets.
In January of 2021, I reached out, and 3 of these young women agreed to start working part time hand crafting jewelry to get Alegria started...on our manager's back porch.
We committed to design
trendy, unique
pieces, with
outstanding quality.
We now have
6 Full time artisans in Honduras
2 US Staff
And so many more who need a job...
